This switch is a plug-and-play switch, just connect it and it will manage your networked devices. It has auto-MDI/MDIX that eliminates the need for crossover cables and has LED indicators for ease of use. This switch has no fan for a quiet operation. It has auto-negotiation for automatic connection at the highest common speed between switch and an end device and non-blocking switching architecture for maximum throughput at wire speed.
