Got a new SATA drive that you need to connect to a system with an older power supply? Here's a solution.This is an adapter is for connecting internal storage devices that require 15 pin SATA power connectors to Power supplies that only have 4 pin molex power connectors. It can also be used with a power supply that has all the SATA cables used; instead, used the unused molex connectors. Features a 90 degree connector on the SATA connector to position your cables conveniently out of the way. It can fit in places some straight cables can't, making it a style suited for constrained builds. Note that molex connectors provide 12V and 5V power lines, but not 3.3V required by some SATA drives. Make sure your drive does not require a 3.3V power connection before purchasing this adapter.
