This barebones kit features the latest CPU from AMD which is the Ryzen 7 2700X. This CPU comes loaded with 8 Cores and 16 Threads with a base clock of 3.7GHz and up to 4.3GHz Max Boost Clock. The motherboard supplied is going to be Asus's Prime X470 Pro. Asus features SafeSlot, which is a metal shield around the PCI-E slot for added support. Protecting both motherboard and graphics card from damage due to some graphics cards having an immense cooling system that adds weight to the card. Multiple onboard fan headers for water cooling and air cooling are supplied, an onboard M.2 heatsink to keep your SSD cool and running efficiently, and support for 2-Way SLI and Crossfire. Powering your system will be a 750W PSU. Included with the kit is 16GB of DDR4 RAM by Corsair. Last but not least, housing all of your future components will be the Carbide 400C case by Corsair as well. **Please be aware that the CPU does NOT have integrated graphics and a dedicated GPU will be needed to display video.
